MGIMS PMT Admit Card
- Candidate shall receive the admit card for the Entrance Examination by second week of April,. Admit card will be sent only to those candidates who submit correctly filled application with examination fee of Rs. 1500/1600 (if late).
- No candidate shall be allowed to appear in the Entrance Examination without the admit card issued by this institute.
- In case any candidate does not receive the admit card before the date of examination, he/ she can contact Dean’s Office, M.G.I.M.S., Sevagram, Phone No. (07152-284341 to 284355, ext. 209 or 207 or the officer incharge (examination) at any centre along with a proof of submission of the application form and examination fee (acknowledgement card). The officer in charge is authorized to permit the candidate to appear in the Examination on getting satisfactory proof in the matter.
- Complete and correct postal address must be written neatly on the admit card. The Institute will not be responsible for loss or delay due to incorrect / incomplete postal address.
