- Candidates seeking admission to M.B.B.S. course of MGIMS can obtain Prospectus and Application form either by sending a money order for Rs. 1050/- in the name of Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, Wardha, Pin 442102, Maharashtra or by paying only Rs. 1000/- in cash to the Admission Cell of Dean’s Office. The cost of application form is same for all the candidates. Full postal address of the candidate must be mentioned in the space provided for communication on the Money order form to enable the Institute to send the prospectus /application form.
- It will be the responsibility of parents/guardian to certify that the information provided by the candidate is correct.
- The application form must be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting. Filling up of application form by the candidate should be done under the active guidance of parents / guardian. All the particulars should be written by the candidate in his/her own handwriting in CAPITAL / BLOCK letters with dark black ball point or gel pen.
- The first page of the Application form is computer scanning form. The computer scanning form should not be stapled or pinned. It should be folded only once and kept inside the envelope separately.
- Photographs: Total 4 recent passport photos are needed with application form. However, keep a few copies of photographs in reserve for use at the time of admission and examination. Photograph must not have cap or goggles, spectacles are allowed. Photograph must be taken with placard indicating name of candidate & date of taking photograph. In case date and name are written on the photograph after taking the photograph the application will be rejected. Note: All photographs should be printed from the same negative.
- Avoid overwriting, cutting, erasing in the computer scanning form. Any error and consequences arising on this account shall be the responsibility of the candidate.
